As a Certified Nutritional Practitioner, I’m passionate about helping individuals get to the root cause of their health concerns and achieve lasting wellness through personalized, holistic nutrition. My approach blends science-based nutrition with natural healing principles to create customized plans that support balance, energy, and overall vitality.
I believe that health is not about restriction or quick fixes—it’s about understanding your unique body, supporting it with real food, and building habits that nourish you long term.
My Journey into Holistic Nutrition
My path to becoming a holistic nutritionist began with my own health challenges. After experiencing hormone imbalances and feeling frustrated by the limitations of the traditional medical system, I sought out a Naturopathic Doctor who helped me explore the why behind my symptoms instead of masking them.
That experience completely changed my outlook—it showed me the power of root-cause healing and inspired me to help others do the same.
Now, I guide clients through that same process—helping them uncover what their body truly needs to feel balanced, resilient, and alive.
Education and Background
I graduated from the Institute of Holistic Nutrition with a diploma in Applied Holistic Nutrition, where I built a strong foundation in functional health and nutrition science.
Before pursuing nutrition, I earned a Bachelor of Science in Ecological Restoration from BCIT and a Bachelor of Arts from Simon Fraser University (SFU).
This diverse academic background shaped my belief that just like nature, the human body thrives when in balance. Our health depends on the interconnectedness between nutrition, environment, and lifestyle.

My lifelong passion for health and fitness began early—I’ve been taking dance classes since the age of three, and movement continues to be a cornerstone of my well-being.
